Post of Yoga Instructor

Assistant High Commission of India, Kandy invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of a Yoga Instructor. The selected candidates may be deputed by AHCI to conduct Yoga classes. He/she should be willing to work in any part of Sri Lanka depending on work requirements.

The appointment will be made on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year. Contract can be extended upto 3 years on the basis of outstanding work.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate should be the citizen of the host country or having NRI status with valid work permit.
Fluency in English and local language (Sinhala & Tamil).
Candidate should have minimum of 3 years degree with 3 years of experience or 2 years diploma/certificate or training in the concerned field for a minimum period of 2 years from renowned institution/Guru with 4 years of experience.
Experience in giving lecture/demonstrations.
Should be good at production of stage programmes and examination preparation.
Candidate must be able to take initiative and strive to help students to achieve their personal best.
ICCR alumni will be preferred.

Age Limit

Between 25 – 50 years

Honorarium

Selected candidate will be paid on honorarium basis.
